Story

This successful project applicant has been doing research on and off for the last eight years to develop technology to use water as the only source of energy to power an internal combustion engine (petrol or diesel), it could also be used to power a fuel cell to run an electric car or as a total energy source to power a home. The applicant was originally introduced to this technology while studying electrolysis and using this technology to reduce emissions in vehicles, over time the applicant gained an insight into how the technology can be customised to achieve extraordinary results in other areas such as creating healthy drinking water, any development was stopped by lack of funding. The applicant will use his ilien funds to begin building a Browns gas generator to operate in overunity mode, overunity means the device is giving off more energy than was put in. A workshop will be required with basic utilities such as AC electricity, bench top drill, workshop & tools, the applicant has many of his own tools already. The applicant is a laboratory technician but expects to liaise with wo/men who have skills he does not have eg: car mechanic and electronics technician. The applicant has been a student under some notable people in alternative energy especially from the USA, and by following them for years has gained an insight how to go about this work. The applicant has developed an intense interest in this technology as he has been unemployed for the last ten years, and has studied the work of the late stan meyers, who is the most notable of the water as fuel pioneers. He has studied the work of many others in this field and is a frequent visitor to irishman patrick kelly site  https://www.free-energy-info.com/. This applicant received ILN 4997.47636186 @ date of approval, as per ilien.io website.
