What I am taking from this is.
Currently companies supply a product or service to the community and extract as much profit as they can to keep share holders happy.
Their businesses model is to create product/service that allows the community to take control of and which aims to reduce the cost to as close to zero as possible.
They talk about how they used their governance token to build their developers and community with out spending on marketing and how the project become decentralised.
